This website is operated by Kenneth Mcvay under the store name eiokjimk. In these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the operator of eiokjimk. These terms apply to use of our website and purchases from our store.

Products and orders

We sell household products for delivery within the United States. Each product page identifies the item and its price. Please review the description and your order before submitting payment. Images illustrate the item; screen settings can affect displayed colors. We remain responsible for supplying goods that match their description.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may need to cancel an order if the item is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, the address cannot be served, or a material listing error affects the order. We will notify you and promptly refund any payment for an order we cannot fulfill. We do not substitute items or impose additional charges without your agreement.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Standard US shipping is free with no minimum purchase. Applicable sales tax and the total payable are shown at checkout before payment. Available payment methods appear at checkout. Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change an accepted order without your agreement.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and normally spend 3–7 business days in transit after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for delivery, tracking and delay procedures. Return requests are accepted within 30 days after delivery with free return shipping. See our Return and Refund Policy for eligibility, cancellation and refund procedures.

Your information and use of the site

Provide accurate contact and shipping information. Keep any account credentials secure. Do not use this website unlawfully, interfere with its security, or misuse another person's information. Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Payment and delivery services are performed by the providers used for your transaction. Trademarks and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. A reference to a product or service does not imply an official brand affiliation.

Consumer rights and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts legal rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law. We may update these terms for future use and purchases. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that purchase, subject to applicable law.
