Where do you ship from?
We ship from our US warehouse in Villa Rica, Georgia, and currently deliver within the United States only.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum purchase.
When will my order arrive?
Allow 1–3 business days for processing and 3–7 business days for transit after dispatch, for an estimated total of 4–10 business days. Business days exclude weekends and US public holidays. Tracking is emailed when the order ships.
Can I cancel or correct my order?
Email scarletvan93@hotmail.com as soon as possible. We can assist before dispatch. If your order has shipped, our return policy applies.
How do returns and refunds work?
Request a return within 30 days after delivery. We provide a prepaid return label and do not charge a restocking fee. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5 business days after receipt and inspection of the return. Banks may take additional time to post the refund.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Email us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos, if available, help our review. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.
