Shipping policy

eiokjimk ships household essentials from our United States warehouse at 1101 Cown Rd, Unit 130, Villa Rica, GA 30180, United States. We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States only.

Shipping cost and delivery times

  • Standard shipping: free on every order, with no minimum purchase.
  • Order processing: 1–3 business days after your order and payment are confirmed.
  • Transit time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Estimated total delivery time: 4–10 business days, including processing and transit.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Delivery estimates are not a guaranteed delivery date. We will contact you if a material delay affects your order.

Tracking and delivery issues

We email tracking information when your order ships. Please check your delivery address before paying. For an address correction, missing parcel, damaged item or incorrect item, email scarletvan93@hotmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund if an order is lost, damaged or incorrect.

Delays and cancellations

If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing time, we will tell you the revised timing and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel it and promptly refund the amount paid. Please contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel an order before dispatch. Once dispatched, our return policy applies.

Charges before purchase

Prices are in US dollars. Standard shipping is $0. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before payment. Orders ship domestically from the United States; customers are not charged import duties or customs clearance fees on delivery. We do not add delivery or handling charges after purchase.
