Refund policy

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Return shipping is free. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Return eligibility

For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused and in the condition received, with its original packaging and included accessories. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase. These conditions do not restrict your rights when an item is defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

How to return an item

  1. Email scarletvan93@hotmail.com with your order number, the item and your reason for returning it. For damage or defects, include a description and photos if available.
  2. We will send return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Please contact us before sending a parcel so we can identify and process your return.
  3. Pack the item securely and use the provided label. Keep your tracking receipt.

Refunds

We inspect returned items upon receipt and notify you of the outcome. For an approved return, we initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days after the return is received and inspected. The refund includes the price paid for the returned item and any associated tax. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. Contact us if you need help tracing a refund.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items

Please contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, is defective, is different from your order, or is missing. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Contacting us promptly helps us investigate; this does not remove your applicable legal rights.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us as soon as possible to cancel or change an order before it ships. If it has already shipped, request a return under this policy. For an exchange, contact us about availability; we can arrange a return and a separate new order.
